just to comment something one the nyco.

its not a professional chinese orchestra, but i would like to say that their performance was fairly marvelous. i shall comment section by section, so that all of us can know our rival sch's performing level..

dizi: cant tell cause none of the song got emphasis on dizi, but dont think their pro-est better than davy

the hu-s: sounds normal(nothing much in yin se), however performed with great tai2 feng1, their arms like waves o.O

suona: the yin zun is better than the hu section, can u believe that?

basses: haha there were like 4 kennards on stage(double basses), but still not as exagerated as him. cello rocks, i think one of the best section

pipa: holy shit lah, their fingers are not human fingers><

ruan: clean and "bouncy" ? with fantastic tai feng

percussion: beyond description... might be a hundred times better than our co's, definitely the best. their drum performance was the most impressive one i've seen in my entire life.



ok...

erm, so just work hard O.O , theres the great potential in us able to do better than nyco.
