Crest?

btw regarding having a guanyue crest, the suggestion seemed quite welcome..
maybe you guys can start giving ideas on what we design the crest according to..
i'm not sure of how it should look like cos those crest i have in mind is those football clubs' crest..
thus the shape of crest is quite typical cos the design will be on something that look like a shield.. so the design should look cooler to make it special:)

i think some of you might have something in mind to share..
so.. pls try to give more suggestions..

do you all want to include any drawings of our instruments?
maybe no? to keep it simple?
if yes, then what style shall it be presented in? eg a little transparent etc.

if we write guanyue on the crest, how shall we write it?
GUANYUE? guanyue? 管乐? 管? etc.
shall we include the words 笛.笙.唢 etc. ?

colour combi to be used for the crest?
shall the design be something abstract? or keep it simple?
or maybe abstract design surrounding simple words? lol.

All these need to be decided by you..!

Crest or logo? Or both?

Logo: design symbolizing organization: a design used by an organization on its letterhead, advertising material, and signs as an emblem by which the organization can easily be recognized

maybe we can have both?
since a crest is a symbol of family.. then we can use it for our msn display pic (like a member of guanyue suggested), or maybe even as the design of guanyue tee..
then for the logo, then maybe can put it on our stuff, e.g. at a small corner of guanyue tee (like maybe designed by: then we put the logo?) , and maybe for some stuff that may not be so 'official'..
alright, i sound like im crapping, lol

so maybe we shall decide nxt time.
