I don't have much to say since all I wanted to say has been said by the posts below.
having a goal in mind is good because it keeps you from straying away I guess, but more importantly as boring as it sounds,it's all about the process.
I can't help but stress on this word because not everything is about gwh.
Yes it sounds great but working hard to achieve that is far more valuable than actually getting it.
because after getting it,then what?
continue to work for JC gwh?
is that all Chinese Orchestra is really about? just gold with honours?
or playing the song with all your heart?
